All the terms will be on the official estimate, this is just to give you an idea of costs. All stages' terms include but are not limited to: Fifty percent first payment to hold date. Payment in full required ten business days prior to load in so check can clear.
Insurance Certificate naming us as additionally insured with your event insurance as per the estimate terms. Trucking at $5 per mile. Venue or client to provide plywood highway if needed, Hotel if needed. We'll go over details when you call and we determine load in times, wrap, etc.
The stage set up fees include us Setting up the Stage, it being at standard or full height, fly package for PA, safety rail, stairs with handrail, skirt, shade back drop if desired. Trucking is $5/mile with $100 minimum. And we do not need you to hire hands for our stage setup, we are self-contained.
Options at additional costs include setting up an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) wheelchair lift, banner package and chain falls.
When comparing costs please be sure the price you receive includes labor and trucking which may be in addition to the rate initially quoted.

Setting up / Wrapping hardware for Banners: $700
Client to provide banners of SuperFlag material or 60% textaline 40% blowthrough with our dimensions below. We need the blowthrough for the PA behind the vertical banners and for safety with wind. Please add two hours to our build time. You may commence installing your lights while we set up our hardware, zip ties, additional grommets, and attach banners. Banners- Top Banner 32’ wide x 51” tall - 32 feet wide x 51 inches tall Grommets on top and bottom of banner every two feet, Grommets on both sides every one foot. Vertical Side Banners 4' feet wide x 25' feet long and No sponsor names or words to be printed on the top two feet and bottom two feet as it gets wrapped around a pipe and will not be seen. They should just extend the color and artwork to the ends of the banner, just nothing important. Total of 21 feet of your Sponsor's message will be seen. No grommets on the top, bottom or sides of vertical banners. These Top and Vertical banners CANNOT be done in vinyl which is not blow through. For safety reasons we are not allowed to install them in vinyl in these areas. We recommend SuperFlag material. It may be reused for years and years, doesn’t wrinkle, takes color printing beautifully, is Very Light Weight and can be carried in a small rollaway luggage for other shows. The light weight aspect is clear if you have ever carried textaline banners. These banners may be textaline but can not attest for longevity or wrinkles. Textaline would need to be 60% fabric and 40% blowthrough. Bottom Skirt banner - this May be done in vinyl which is less expensive and not see through. 48’ wide x 4’ tall. - 48 foot wide x 4 foot tall The outer 8’ on each side will be wrapped around the sides of the stage and I would recommend you center the artwork for the front facing 32’ of the skirt, leaving the outer eight feet the same color but without lettering. Large Grommets 3/4” center hole: every two feet along top only. Please have the interior hole of the grommets be 3/4 inch so we can fit screws through the Grommets and screw into our stage adapter) |

Top Banner 28 w x 3' tall Wenger Material must be SuperFlag or 60% textaline 40% blowthrough. Grommets on all four corners and on top and bottom every two feet. Inside back wall banner 28 w x 7' tall Material may be Vinyl (least expensive) or SuperFlag or 60% textaline 40% blowthrough material. Grommets on all four corners and on top every two feet. we recommend that sponsor info be on top 3 or 4 feet as band's backline will hide bottom 3 or 4 feet. Also, the 28' wide will cover the back entrance and the stairs in the front would be used Stage skirt Material may be Vinyl (least expensive) or SuperFlag or 60% textaline 40% blowthrough. Stage itself is 28 wide. If Audio company wants to add two 4' x 4' sound wings, we recommend wrapping the banner around the sides. Grommets on top every two feet and one in each bottom corner. If the PA company wants 4' x 8" wings our downstage edge would be 28+8+8+2+2 foot of wrap around = 48' wide x 3.5' tall If 4x4 wings then 40' w x 3.5’ tall Ada liftSetting up First Day: $1,000
